Kris has a very simple philosophy; “Give The Customer What They Are Paying For”. With over 30 years of experience in all types of commercial and industrial roofing, Kris founded SRM to do just that. Providing his customers with the most effective and economic solutions to their roofing needs is his #1 Goal. Through his years in the roofing industry, Kris has been involved with all types of roofing issues. From small leaks, to catastrophic roof failures, he has seen it all. This experience, combined with his project management expertise allows him to assist building owners and managers with the challenges of their roof repair and maintenance needs. Every roof has its own unique characteristics, and yes, its own unique issues. Kris enjoys the challenges of locating these issues and offering long-term solutions to his customers.
